6. Payment Terms

For paid services, payment terms are defined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law
• SKAB Tech reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SKAB Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to SKAB Tech in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
